2 children per woman- UN decision to restrict population growth?
Yesterday i have attended a meeting at United Nations New York office. UN is considering to strictly implement two children policy all over the world (including in USA) to restrict population growth and slow down global warming in the future.
Any couple who reproduce more then 2 kids will have to pay fine. A woman can reproduce child at any age but she has to restrict it to two.
UN feels this initiative will be a big hit and by 2050, we will live in cleaner poverty free world.
In April 1st week, the idea will be discussed with Prime ministers and President of all nations and the proposed date to launch this idea is January 1, 2009.
Please be careful and hold your plans to reproduce kid number 3.

ok they don't have random people attending those meetings, and if this were true it would probably be all over the news. also we have HUMAN RIGHTS and this completely violates it. so if you think making up stories like this is funny, check again becaus its just immature.
