2 day's after musclegroup training.?
well, oke.
When I train, I train 2 muscle groups. For example. Chest, abs.
But 2 days after the hard training in the gym my chest/abs are still hurting from the exercises!
Should I continue the workout 2 day's after the exercise?
Or should I wait till it stops hurting?
Is it good if it hurts that long time?
I would train lighter, but train these muscle groups. For me it happens when there are large time spans between training of the same muscles or when i overtrain.
