15 year old bench press????


So i was jsut wondering when u guys were 15 wat was ur one rep max out on the bench press???? im 15 and i cant do that much but i improved alot cus last summer i could only do 100 once and now i could do 180 once so i think thats pretty good


I could do about the same as you, 180.
i'm 15 about 5'8 and 150 and i can only do 170 and i have huge chest muscles so i'd say you are doin pretty good keep it up
yeah cool.... that is very good.. good work there buddy... keep at it..... and don't worry about those people that say it will stunt your growth.. working out does not stunt growth...

when i was 15 no way in hell i could bench that much.. lol maybe 115lbs
interesting... i used to do 300 lbs.. lol really...
now I do 150 lbs. cause my biceps used to hurt alot...
don't do alot it can harm your biceps dude...
Generally, someone @ 150lbs bodyweight should be able to do more than 180lbs on bench, but seeing as you're only 15, 180 is pretty good.
When I was 15, mine was only like 185... I weighed 130, but 180lbs is still nice for anyone who's 15 .
That was not to long ago for me and I could do about a 220 max... I was also on the football team for my entire life before. Now i am in my second year of college and am down to about a 190 max. Also you are in much better shape than me - i am 200 pounds so you are strong and in really good shape - good job! keep it up, your doing good.
