my period lasted a day longer than usual and i have been off it for 4/5 days i have been gettin cramps and feeling sick latley.
what does that mean?
you are probably not pregnant [id like to get that out of the way]...it's normal for a period to go longer or sometimes shorten...you'll be fine.
try pooping. it will releive pressure and you may feel better. periods can last 2-8ish days, they may not all be the same length
