10 pounds?


im 5'1 and 116 lbs. i need to lose 10 pounds by the end of april. i have a really small tiny body frame so a little extra weight looks like a lot. after i lose the 10 pounds i will work on muscle, it's easier that way because i already lost the weight.
and if i dont eat for two days and just stick on a strict ice cold water diet for those two days how much weight will i lose in those two days?


like 5 pounds but as soon as you eat you will just gain it all back
Don't starve, you will lose weight because you will pee a lot, then when you eat again, you will be back at your former weight, if not more, because you will eat more!

Eat 5 small meals every two/three hours. Try to include all the food groups, and eat foods that you like, but are good for you. Keep a food journal to keep you honest and exercise. This helped me lose 10 lbs in 6 wks. A 2 lb. a week weight loss is healthy and you wont feel deprived, so you wont quit. My goal was Easter and I'm still on it. I thought I would only lose 10 lbs., now I feel motivated to lose the last 5 lbs. Good luck
DON'T do that, it is completely unhealthy. I am on the low carb diet, and on phase one right now. For the first two weeks you can basically only eat meats, vegetables, and some cheeses. I've only been on it for a week and I've lost weight and my body looks slimmer. In phase one you can lose anywhere from 10-15 pounds. I would recommend this instead of that diet. I ASSURE you that it will work.:)
(Plus, you can eat all the meats and vegetables you want without gaining weight. But no fruits.)
Eat lots of very small (healthy) meals (6, or 7) everyday, and take a half hour walk everyday.
you won't lose none you have to eat a well as drink plenty of fliuds
