15 year old girl cant ever fall asleep at night?


im 15, and i can neverr fall asleep at night anymore. i will just lay there for an hour trying to sleep, and get frustrated because i cant sleep.. and then ill start texting.. and then try to sleep again for another hour.. and then sometimes ill start crying because i just want to sleep so badly, and there will only be like 5 hours until i have to get up again. it's really frustrating.. like i'll either be uncomfortable, too hot, too cold, thinking about too many things... etc. so i never go to sleep until 3-4am.. which is bad. and sometimes i just have a lot of energy at night, but during the day im always completely exhausted. once school starts next week and i have to get up at 6:30 im going to be screwed. so does anyone have any ideas on how i can get a good night's sleep?

are you taking naps after school ? cuz i've done that before and then i sleep too much so i have trouble sleeping at night.
Ok here is something that sounds dumb, but I have the same problem (sometimes I'd go for hours just sitting there), and this 67% of the time works

Ok get in one comfortable position and then tense up. Relax your feet, then relax your knees, then your calfs etc. etc. Then, once everything is relaxed you just have to sit and wait.

Also, for those really terrible nights, take a benedryl..it puts me right to sleep.

Mostly you have to be tired to sleep, right?
You don't get tired just watching tv or reading. you got to EXERCISE. ya, I know: Borrring.
And your Main problem might be that you're a Night Person. Your 'sleep cycle' is skrewed up, or maybe your 'circadian rhythm' .
Go for a jog.
I am like this too and im now 26 but i know now that i dont need as much sleep as everyone else! if i get 5 hrs sleep im doing well but a point comes when u get so so tired u catch up e.g weekends

Silly answer but dont go to bed early leave it til really late, dont drink tea or coffee after 6pm, get a little exercise knock u out!!
